PICNIC is the trading name of London Play Centres Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11553903 and our registered address is: 40 Thorkhill Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0UG.

Terms & Conditions

All customers purchasing a ticket for admission to PICNIC are subject to accepting of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully prior to purchasing any tickets.

  1. All parents and guardians acknowledge that PICNIC is not a supervised play centre and accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.

  2. A general admission ticket entitles the bearer entry into PICNIC and all its play areas and activities for a pre-defined session for 1 hour 45 minutes.

  3. Adults must be accompanied by a child to gain entry. Up to two adults may accompany each child.

  4. All children and adults admitted to PICNIC must hold a valid ticket obtained via our website’s online booking system or on entry. Tickets cannot be purchased and will not be accepted by third party ticket providers.

  5. Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and we cannot guarantee entry for visitors without prior online booking.

  6. All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your booking you must give us 48 hours notice prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session.  The new play session date must be within 6 months of the original pre-booked play session.

  7. Ticket prices are quoted in GBP and this is the only currency we accept. Prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.

  8. PICNIC opening hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm, 7 days per week, excluding key holiday dates which will be advertised on our website.

  9. PICNIC operates 4 play sessions daily, each for 1 hour 45 minutes and starting at 9.00am, 11.15am, 1.30pm and 3.45pm.

  10. Guests are asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of their session as the doors will be locked between sessions.

  11. You may turn up later than your allocated start time, however you will still be required to leave at the end of the session even if you have not been there for the full 1 hour 45 minutes.  It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your session and we cannot be held responsible for any delays you may experience.  Refunds and transfers will not be given if you miss your session or part of it.

  12. PICNIC reserves the right to close the whole or part of the venue at any time if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff.   Customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book their tickets within 6 months or a full refund will be given.

  13. Guests may not bring outside food and drink into PICNIC. There is a comprehensive range of food and drink available to purchase from our café on site.

  14. All personal belongings and property brought into PICNIC by visitors is done so at the owners risk.  PICNIC accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.

  15. Guests can take photographs of their own children for personal, private, non-commercial purposes only.   Unless permission has been expressly granted by us, pictures and images cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing.

  16. PICNIC will only share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials with prior written consent from parents/carers.

  17. CCTV systems are installed at PICNIC to enhance the security of the building. Video monitoring on our premises is for security purposes only and is limited to uses that do not violate the individual’s reasonable expectation to privacy.
